I would also like to bring the following to your attention. There is another Renate working in Albir who offers Permanent Make-Up. This can be very confusing and disappointing if you end up with the wrong Renate. Partly because you were probably forwarded by a previous satisfied customer and you know that experience is very important in this profession.
